Amy IngersollVice Chair
Bismarck Amy is a native of Grand Forks, North Dakota who moved to Bismarck after the flood of 97. She is a Master Level Social Worker employed with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation as a Human Relations Counselor. Amy also works part time as a therapist for a state-wide non-profit. She has degrees in Criminal Justice, Human Services, and earned both her undergrad and graduate degrees in Social Work through the University of North Dakota.
Her passions include human rights, social justice, and women’s equality. Amy currently serves as Chair of the North Dakota Planned Parenthood Advisory Committee and Vice-Chair of the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition. When not working for a safer, healthier, and more equitable North Dakota, Amy enjoys live music, traveling, arts and humanities events, and volunteering. She lives with her two sons and rescue pets. |
